~ Being Healthy ~

For the last 3 weeks I have been super healthy and really working at my body! 

I have been drinking more water and eating more veg. 

Tastes good! '^^'

I have recently had a smoothies, which are packed full of veg and fruit to get me through the day, it has helped my skin and energy last!

I called it the 'Power Smoothie'

It's a green machine of goodness. 'Looks like a Hulk Drink' It really tastes amazing! 

Ingredients you will need: 

1 Cup of Spinach 

1 Apple 

1 Orange 

Tablespoon of Ginger

Half a lemon's juice 

1 Cup of Water 

My skin has never been so clear of acne, most of the redness has disappeared, I have only been doing this for a short amount of time. 

It's worth trying it.

My inspiration for this month! 

James Tissot is one of my favourite painters, I studied him at school and took a lot from his paintings.

 

History Lesson: ^^

He was a French painter/artist, who spent most of his career in Britain painting the most stunning works of art,  he sadly Died in 8 August 1902

 Painting the most elegant of ladies, in the most beautiful dresses. 

My favourite painting of his is the "Young Lady in a Boat"

The thought to detail and the expression on the pug dog in the background is seriously cute.

Apart from it being absolutely freezing, It was a really fun day!

Hello, 

This is the first post of hopefully many, I am a photographer, a filmmaker and a fashion lover! 

In my travels I have seen and done many wonderful things and this year isn't any different, I have lots of fun projects and hopefully will be going to a lot of exciting places! Miami here I come (March).
